Winning ads
Competitor ads live 30 days or more, longest first. A brand keeps paying for what sells.
Store-wide sales, last 30 days
Engagement
Whose followers care most about their posts, whatever the store's size. Each number is the share of a store's followers who like or comment on a typical post in the last 30 days. Example: 0.1% of followers is 1 person in every 1,000. A longer bar means people react more, which usually means better posts. Sahra is the highlighted bar.
Followers
Every store we watch, most followers first. The small number is the change since the read before.
Posts that took off
A post at 3x the store's usual and 500+ interactions, last 30 days.

Room count
How this works
- Tap the room you are standing in (Room 1, Room 2…).
- Find the product: type its name in the search box, or tap a collection like Vases or Sculptures.
- Tap its photo. If it has colours or sizes, tap the right one.
- Type how many are in THIS room, then press Save.
- Next product. Saves send by themselves; if the internet drops they wait and send later.
- Done with the room? Tick "Hide what is counted in this room" to see what is left, then tap the next room.
When every room is done: open "Compare with Shopify" to see what is missing, extra or not counted. Nothing here changes Shopify.
Same product in two rooms: count it in each room, the totals are added up. Made a mistake: open "Counted in…" and press Change or Remove.
- Type the order number printed on the packing slip.
- Tap the order and check the items in the box.
- Tap "Mark as fulfilled", then tap again to confirm. It is fulfilled in Shopify right away; the customer gets no email.
Barcodes
How this works
Every piece gets a label with its product's barcode. New stock: open the invoice, match each line to its product, print one label per piece. A torn label: Reprint. Shelves get their own labels so a scan knows where a product lives.
Set the sticker size once to the roll in the printer, print one test label and scan it before printing a batch.
1Match each line to its product
2Print one label per piece
Reprinting never adds stock.
Put away
How this works
Scan the shelf label first, then every product you put on that shelf. Scan another shelf label to move on.
1Scan the shelf
2Scan each product you put on it
Packing
How this works
Pick an order. Its items show with their shelf, sorted so one walk picks them all. Scan every piece as it goes in the box: a wrong colour or one too many beeps and shows in red. When everything is green, press Prepared.
1 · Orders to prepare
2 · Scan each piece
Pick an order on the left.
Returns
How this works
Every order that did not end delivered in the last 30 days. Pick one and scan each piece that came back: a piece goes back into stock only once it is scanned. Everything back = the order is cancelled. Some back = the customer kept the rest, so the order is edited.
1 · Not delivered
Postponed, coming up
2 · Scan what came back
Pick an order on the left.
Stock out
How this works
For a piece that leaves without a Shopify order: broken, a sample, a gift, a bazaar sale, the new piece of an exchange, moved to Yeganen, or shipped by hand on Bosta.
1Pick the reason
2Scan each piece
Count
How this works
The barcode count, for when every piece is labelled (until then, use Room count). Scan the shelf, then every piece on it. Shopify's number is for the whole warehouse, so a difference is only real once every shelf that product sits on is counted.
1Scan the shelf
2Scan every piece on it
Consultant
How to ask: plain Arabic or English, like you'd ask a person: "ايه إيراد الأسبوع ده؟", "مين أحسن سواق الشهر ده؟", "قارن مصاريف الإعلانات بشهر يونيو", "اكتبلي تقرير أسبوعي".
Follow-ups work: it remembers the conversation, so "وطب مين فيهم أحسن؟" continues from the last answer. Old chats keep their context when you reopen them.
Chats: "New chat" starts a fresh topic; your history stays in the left list on this device.
Freshness: numbers come from the synced data: sales hourly, ads hourly, Bosta every 2 hours, Paymob daily. It can read everything but can never change anything.
Trust: it only reports what's in the database; if there's no data it says so instead of guessing. For big decisions, double-check the number on its tab.
